AI Intelligence exists because most AI comparisons are either vendor marketing or vibes. If a category has no verdict yet, we say “in testing” rather than guessing. If a result is too close to call, we say that too, and show you the evidence instead of inventing a winner. If we get a number wrong, we correct it in public. No vendor pays for placement — ever.
He now spends most of his time on applied AI — running AI seminars, training companies on putting AI into their operations, and building AI systems inside his own businesses. That is the reason this site exists: he buys, runs and pays for these tools every day, was tired of choosing between vendor marketing and guesswork, and wanted a place where the claim and the receipt sit next to each other.
Twenty-five years of background, if it matters to you
Rob has spent 25 years building and selling internet businesses — starting in 1999 with what became the UK’s largest loan and mortgage lead-generation sites, run from his bedroom and later sold. Fifteen-plus exits since, across ecommerce, publishing and software.
Today he runs MrPrime, an Amazon and TikTok Shop growth agency, and co-owns LoveReading.co.uk. He has advised Dragons’ Den entrepreneurs and corporates including Canon on marketplace strategy, sits on the Forbes Business Council, and speaks at ecommerce events including AMA Fest UK and the White Label World Expo.
