Every AI tool we track
30 tools across 10 categories. Each page tells you what the tool actually does, what it costs today, what people who use it think — and, where we have run the tests, a score out of 100 with the receipts attached.
The star rating beside each name is the public’s verdict, taken from app-store reviews, not ours. A dash means we hold no verified rating for it yet — we would rather show nothing than a number we cannot source. Our own tested scores live on the individual pages and in the rankings: writing, everyday chat, coding.
We score chat, writing and coding tools on written task suites. Image, video, audio, meetings and automation tools are tracked here for their pricing and public reception, but carry no tested score — judging them fairly needs a different instrument, and we will not publish a number we cannot defend. Choosing between two of them?
The head-to-heads put 8 matchups side by side on verified prices, free tiers, app-store ratings, our tested scores and what each company says it does with what you type — and say plainly where we hold nothing.
