The numbers behind itWhere each one stands today: hours, cost, conversion. Agreed with you, so any later result can be measured against it.
One pilot, designedThe first piece of work drawn up in full: what gets built, in which of your systems, who owns it and how you will know it worked.
A 90-day planWhat to do first, what to do second, and what to leave alone.

It is yours to keep and use, whether or not we work together afterwards. If the case for building anything is weak, the diagnostic will say so.

How the two weeks run.

  • StartDays 1 to 2
    One call to agree what we are looking at, what I can see, and what may and may not go into an AI tool. That last part is written down.
  • LookDays 3 to 7
    I go through the numbers, the channels and how the work actually gets done, and talk to three to five of your people.
  • RankDays 8 to 9
    Each opportunity is sized against today's numbers. Anything I cannot put a sensible number on is marked as a guess.
  • DecideDay 10
    An hour with you, and your board if you want them there, going through the list, the pilot and the plan.

Who it is for.

  • For: established, owner-led companies, usually with £1m or more in yearly revenue, where the person I speak to can say yes. Online brands and agencies are where my own record is strongest.
  • Not for: start-ups before their first sales, or anyone who wants a revenue figure guaranteed. I promise the work and an honest measurement of it, not a number.

What it costs.

A fixed fee, agreed before we start. No hourly billing and nothing added later. Ask and I will tell you the figure in my first reply.
