Is it safe?
Four things worth knowing before you type anything into Fireflies.ai. Where Fireflies.ai says it itself, we quote them and link to the page we read it on.
What happens to what you type?
The company explicitly states that it does not use your personal information or meeting content to train its AI models.
“We do not use personal information for AI model training and we contractually prohibit our vendors from using this information for their own model training.”
They keep your content until you delete it, though they may keep backup copies for legal reasons.
“if you delete your User Content from the Services, Fireflies will delete copies of such content within a reasonable timeframe”
Can it be wrong?

What should you never type into it?
Safer than most on this point, but the rule still holds: never type in passwords, bank or card numbers, or private information about someone who has not agreed to it.
Do you have to give them a card?
