Lovable
Is it safe?
Four things worth knowing before you type anything into Lovable. Where Lovable says it itself, we quote them and link to the page we read it on.
What happens to what you type?
They use your data to train their models by default, but you can email them to turn this off.
“To opt out of using your Customer Data for model training, contact us at privacy@lovable.dev or upgrade to a Business plan with enhanced controls.”
They keep your data for up to 90 days before deleting or isolating it.
“Customer data is retained for up to ninety (90) days, unless required by law, after which it is deleted or isolated.”
Can it be wrong?
The company warns that AI-generated content might have errors and should be reviewed and tested before you rely on it.
“AI Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or other issues and should not be relied upon without independent review and testing.”
What should you never type into it?
Until you turn training off in the settings, treat anything you type as something a stranger could one day read. Either way: never passwords, bank details or someone else's private information.
Do you have to give them a card?
We could not confirm a free version from Lovable’s pricing page, so assume you will need to pay.
